1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevLokam (devlokam.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

DevLokam provides online puja booking, sacred seva (Gau Seva, Brahman Bhojan, Bhandara, Chappan Bhog, Pashu Seva, Giriraj Ji Poshak, Temple Chadhava), prasad delivery, and sale of religious/spiritual products through our platform.

3. Puja & Seva Bookings

All puja and seva bookings are subject to availability. Pujas are performed by experienced temple pandits at the specified temples. Live links for seva viewing will be shared when available. DevLokam acts as a facilitator between devotees and temples.

4. User Accounts

Users may create accounts using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Puja bookings can be made without an account, but store purchases require login.

5. Booking for Others

Users may book pujas and seva on behalf of other individuals by providing their name, gotra, and other relevant details. The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices may change without prior notice. Promotional discounts are applied at checkout.

7. Live Seva Viewing

For select seva services, DevLokam provides live streaming links so devotees can witness their seva being performed in real-time. Link availability depends on temple infrastructure and connectivity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on DevLokam including logos, text, images, and design are the property of DevLokam and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevLokam is a facilitator platform. While we ensure quality through verified pandits and temples, we are not liable for any temple-side delays or force majeure events. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
