Your information is used to: process puja/seva bookings and product orders, personalize your experience, send booking confirmations and updates, share live seva links, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share your name and gotra with temple pandits for puja performance. Payment data is processed by Razorpay (their privacy policy applies). We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share anonymized analytics data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and secure authentication (JWT tokens, httpOnly cookies). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are httpOnly secure cookies that cannot be accessed by third-party scripts. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Order and booking records are kept for 7 years for legal/tax compliance. You may request account deletion at any time.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
