Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

DevLokam follows a strict no-refund policy for all puja and seva bookings. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued. This is because preparations for pujas and seva begin immediately upon booking, including coordination with temple pandits and procurement of puja samagri.

2. Date Change for Puja & Seva

If you are unable to attend or wish to change the date of your booked puja or seva, you may request a date change up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Date change requests can be made by emailing namaste@devlokam.in or calling +91 88007 73181 with your order ID. Date changes are subject to availability at the respective temple. Each booking is eligible for a maximum of one date change.

3. Damaged Products - Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must send a clear photo of the damaged item to namaste@devlokam.in or WhatsApp at +91 88007 73181 within 4 hours of receiving the delivery. After verification of the damage, we will arrange an exchange of the product at no additional cost. Exchange requests received after 4 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged: prasad and blessed/sanctified items, opened or used puja samagri, items without damage photo proof submitted within 4 hours, digital content including live seva streaming links.

5. Store Product Exchanges

For non-damaged store products, exchanges are not available. Please check product details, images, and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. All sales of undamaged products are final.

6. Temple-Side Cancellations

In the rare event that a puja or seva cannot be performed due to temple-side issues (temple closure, natural calamities, etc.), DevLokam will reschedule the puja/seva to the nearest available date at no extra charge. Alternatively, the amount can be credited to your DevLokam wallet for future bookings.

7. How to Request Date Change or Exchange
