1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver physical products across India. International shipping is available for select items. Delivery availability may vary by pincode.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days. Rural/remote areas: 7-10 business days. These are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics or festivals.

3. Shipping Charges

Orders above Rs. 1,500 qualify for free shipping within India. For orders below Rs. 1,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 is applicable. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Prasad Delivery

Temple prasad is carefully packed in hygienic, sealed packaging. Prasad delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of the puja/seva. Perishable prasad items are shipped via express delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can track your order status from your DevLokam account under "My Orders".

6. Puja/Seva Delivery

For puja and seva bookings, delivery is digital: you will receive confirmation, photos/videos of the puja performed, and a live link (where available) via email, WhatsApp, and your DevLokam account.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, our logistics partner will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned. A re-delivery charge may apply.
