About

History: Established in 1585 by Mahaprabhu Harivansh Goswami. The unique ideology of this sect places Sri Radha Rani at the supreme center of devotion.

Pujas Performed: Mangala Aarti, Shringar Aarti, Rajbhog, and Shayan Aarti.

Benefits of Puja: Cultivates the highest form of selfless love (Prem Bhakti) and removes the ego of the worshipper.

Sevas: Phool Bangla (during summer), Samaj Gayan (devotional singing), and Chhappan Bhog.

Deities: Lord Krishna is worshipped as Radha Vallabh. Remarkably, there is no physical idol of Radha Rani; her presence is symbolized by a crown placed next to Krishna.

Fact: The original red sandstone temple was destroyed by Aurangzeb; the current temple is built adjacent to the magnificent ancient ruins.
