About

History: Established by Madhu Pandit Goswami in 1532. The deity of Gopinath was discovered in the holy sands of Banshi Vat.

Pujas Performed: Mangala Aarti, Bhog Offering, and Shayan Aarti.

Benefits of Puja: Grants spiritual knowledge, detachment from worldly illusions, and pure devotion to the lotus feet of Krishna.

Sevas: Vastra Seva, Annadaan, and Gau Seva.

Deities: Lord Gopinath flanked by Radha Rani and her younger sister, Ananga Manjari.

Fact: This is one of the very few temples where Ananga Manjari (Radha's younger sister) is worshipped alongside the divine couple.
